The Board resolution dated June 23, 2020, the BOD of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approved the resignation of two members of BOD:

-          Mr. Bui Tan Hoa;

-          Mr. Trinh Xuan Quang.

2)      Approved the candidates for the position of member of BOD, including:

-          Mrs. Le Diem Anh;

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh.

3)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Tan Hoa as Director of the Company from July 01, 2020.
