Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TCL) has received an official document dated June 15, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of financial statements of TCL in 2020 as follows:

-          For the financial statements and reviewed  financial statements (if any) in Quarter 2, 3, 4 of 2020, the Company must disclose them within 30 days from the end of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements;

-          For the semi-annual reviewed  financial statements, the Company must disclose them within 60 days from the end of first six months of fiscal year, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements;

-          For the annual audited  financial statements, the Company must disclose them within 100 days from the end of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
