DIC: SSC comments about the extension of disclosure of financial statements 2019

About the extension of disclosure of the 2019 audited financial statements of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, the State Securities Commission (SSC) expressed the following opinion:

-          The reason the Company requests an extension with the status of the auditor in the document dated June 09, 2020 is not a case of force majeure as prescribed in Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015 by the Ministry of Finance. Therefore, the State Securities Commission asked DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company to disclose the 2019 audited financial statements as prescribed in the official document dated April 07, 2020 by SSC.
