The Board resolution dated June 17, 2020, the BOD of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 3,475,000 (equivalent to 25% charter capital) of VKT – Hoa An Solar Plant Joint Stock Company (VKT – HA). Accordingly, the number of shares owned of HID in VKT – HA after the transfer is 9,591,000 shares (equivalent to 69% charter capital of VKT – HA).

Time of implementation: expected in Q2.2020 and Q3.2020.
