-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Linh as Chairman of the BODs as from May 30, 2020.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet as a member of the BODs as from May 30, 2020.

-          Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu and Mrs. Pham Viet Lan Anh as members of the BODs in the term 2018-2023 as from May 30, 2020.
