TMT Motors Corporation announces the resolution after seeking shareholders’ approval in writing dated May 28, 2020 as follows:

1)      Approving the change of head office of TMT Motors Corporation from “199B Minh Khai Street, Minh Khai ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Ha Noi city” to “Floor 9 & 10, Coninco Building, 4 Ton That Tung Street, Trung Tu ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city”.

2)      Approving the document on adding additional business lines to the Company and branches.
