On May 20, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the documents of Employee Stock Ownership Plan by Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation (stock code: SCS). However, until June 12, 2020, HOSE just received Announcement No.SCSC20/UBCK/CBTT/183 dated May 25, 2020 from Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation.

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 37 of Circular 162/2015/TT-BTC dated October 26, 2015, “In seven (07) working days upon the State Securities Commission's notification of its receipt of the full report as stated in Section 1 of this Article, the issuer must announce the issuance of stocks on mass media…”, the Company was late in the disclosure of its Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminded and suggested Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests.
