The Board resolution dated June 16, 2020, the Board of Directors approved a merger between KIDO Group Corporation (KDC) and Frozen Foods Joint Stock Company (KDF). Accordingly, the company implements the plan to issue convertible shares of KDF into KDC. Details are as follows:

-          Stock name: KIDO Group Corporation (KDC)

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Issue volume: 23,088,000 shares

To convert shares of KDF: 23,088,000 shares

-          Convertible ratio: 1:1.3 (At the record date, shareholder who implements the conversion of 1.3 shares of KDC will convert 01 share of KDF).

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
