BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (BSC) announces the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders under the form of absentee voting dated June 09, 2020 as follows:

− Approving the regulations on electronic voting.

− Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to decide a meeting form depending on the situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam.
