-          Short name: MHC LAND JSC

-          Address: Floor 18th, 52 Le Dai Hanh Street, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

-          Charter capital: VND 68,000,000,000 (MHC contributed VND 67,320,000,000, equivalent to 99% charter capital of MHC Land).

-          To appoint Mr. Pham Ba Huy as the representative of contributed capital of MHC in MHC Land JSC.
