The Board resolution dated June 15, 2020, the BOD of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the documents of the Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

1)      Draft of the report of the BOD in 2019;

2)      Audited financial statements in 2019;

3)      Draft of Proposal on the profit distribution in 2019;

4)      Draft of Proposal on the business and investment plan in 2020;

5)      Draft of Proposal on the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2020;

6)      Draft of Proposal on the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;

7)      Proposal on the additional election of Independent member of BOD and Supervisory Board.
