HTT: HTT faces delisting risk

On June 05, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 audited financial statements from Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTT). Accordingly, TTP Auditing Company Limited rejected to give opinions about the 2019 audited financial statements of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company. Pursuant to the regulations, this is a case of mandatory delisting.

Therefore, HOSE requested that the Company send an original of the 2019 audited financial statements and an explanation letter with the confirmation of the audit firm regarding the cause of the disclaimer of opinion.
