On June 09, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Minutes & Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2020 from Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation.

Pursuant to Item 1 of Article 9 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC: “A public company must disclose the Extraordinary information within 24 hours from the end of the following events: c) Approving Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders (including Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, Meeting Minutes or Minutes vote counting (in case of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing))…”, the Company was late in disclosing its Minutes & Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Therefore, HOSE reminds and requires Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation to comply with the current regulation on information disclosure to ensure shareholders’ rights.
