On June 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company approved not to continue the offering of shares to the existing shareholders with an exercise ratio of 1:4. The Company will carry out another additional share issue to exchange for the shares of shareholders of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company according to the merger plan of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company into FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company.
