The Board resolution dated June 09, 2020, the BOD of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved to adjust a Proposal No.09/2020/TTr - ĐHCĐTN dated May 27, 2020 to submit to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

The adjustment on increasing the contributed capital ownership ratio at Gilimex Industrial zone Joint Stock Company in accordance with the actual situation and provisions of law. Details are as follows:

-          Minimum contributed capital: VND 260,100,000,000, equivalent to 26,010,000 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital of Gilimex Industrial zone Joint Stock Company.

-          Maximum contributed capital: VND 484,500,000,000, equivalent to 48,450,000 shares, accounting for 95% charter capital of Gilimex Industrial zone Joint Stock Company.
