The Board of Directors of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company decided the following issues:

1)      To cancel the list of shareholders on the record date of March 18, 2020;

2)      To announce another record date to determine a list of shareholders to convene Annual General Meeting 2020:

-          Record date: May 27, 2020

-          Meeting time: in June 2020

-          Meeting venue: The Company will notify later.
