The Board resolution dated May 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2019 as follows:
- Record date: May 26, 2020
- Meeting date: June 10, 2020.
To restrict the infection risk of Covid-19 disease in the community, the Board of Directors only invites shareholders or Groups of shareholders owning 2,000 or more to participate in the Meeting. Shareholders or Groups of shareholders owning less than 2,000 shares that if they have their comments on issues in the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders, they can send a letter to the Company's Office or send an email to phongnghiepvusgr@saigonres.com.vn before June 06, 2020.
