Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRADICO) announces the Board Resolution dated May 05, 2020 on approval of investment in 3K Plus Vietnam with the following details:

-          Full name: 3K Plus Vietnam Company Limited

-          Short name: 3K PLUS VN CO., LTD

-          Address: 43 Phan Boi Chau street, Thach Thang ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND 19,000,000,000 (TRADICO contributed VND 3,800,000,000, equivalent to 20% charter capital of 3K Plus Vietnam).

-          Legal representative: Mr. Tran Chi Nghia

-          Capital contribution time: Q2.2020

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung – Deputy Chairman of BOD cum CEO as the representative of contributed capital of VND 3,800,000,000 of TRADICO in 3K Plus Vietnam.
