On 29 Apr 2020, VNECO 1 Electricity Construction JSC announced Notice of unsuccessfully organizing the 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 as follows:
On 28 Apr 2020, VNECO 1 Electricity Construction JSC organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 (1st time) at Head office, No. 489 Nguyen Luong Bang, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Danang. Total number of shareholders and representatives was 10 shareholders, equivalent to 679,463 shares, and equivalent to 11.46% / total number of voting shares of the Company
Based on article 141 of Corporate Law and article 19 of the Charter of the Company, the 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 of VNECO 1 Electricity Construction JSC was not qualified to be organized because the number of shareholders registered to participate did not represent the minimal rate of 51%/ total number of voting shares of the Company
The Company will organize the 2nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020, the exact time and venue will be announced later.
