On March 23, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 audited financial statements by Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: KPF). On April 08, 2020, the Company posted its 2019 annual report on its website. However, until May 25, 2020, KPF made a disclosure of the 2019 annual report to HOSE.

Pursuant to Article 3.2 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, “2. When an entity prescribed in Article 1.2 of this Circular makes a disclosure of information, it must concurrently make a report on the contents of disclosed information to the State Securities Commission and the Stock Exchange in the place where securities are listed or registered for trading, including all information as stipulated”, the Company was late in the disclosure of annual report 2010 to HOSE.   

Therefore, HOSE reminds and asks Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company to strictly comply with the regulations to ensure the rights of shareholders.
