Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders which was held in the form of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing in May 2020 as follows:

1. Approving the document on the selection of an independent audit company in 2020.
2. Approving the document on the conversion of 280 bonds (BCG_BOND2018).
3. Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to execute transactions, investments with the related parties and unrelated parties with the value more than 35% of the Company’s total assets in 2020.
4. Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to borrow capital, issue bonds to mobilize capital more than 35% of the Company’s total assets in 2020.
5. Approving the document on the regulations on e-voting.
6. Approving the amendment to the corporate governance regulations.
7. Approving the amendment to the Company’s Charter.
