 FDT: Stock delisting situation

On 21/5/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange received Announcement No.3403/UBCK-GSĐC dated 20/5/2020 regarding the delisting of Fiditour Joint Stock Company
After the consideration, Hanoi Stock Exchange realized that the stock of Fiditour Joint Stock Company (stock code: FDT) belongs to the delisting case regulated at clause 20 Article 1 Decree No. 60/2015/ND-CP dated 26/06/2015 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act and clause 1 Article 17 of Listing regulation issued based on Decision No. 639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will implement necessary procedures to prepare for the delisting of FDT.
