-          Number of fractional and unsold shares: 2,410,093 shares

Article 2: Approving the distribution of fractional and unsold shares: 

The Board of Directors approved the plan for distributing the fractional and unsold shares to other existing shareholders.

-          Subscription and payment time: from May 28, 2020 to June 20, 2020
