Petrolimex Insurance Corporation (PGI) announces the Board resolution dated May 25, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      Approving the business result in first five months of 2020:

-          Revenue (original insurance): 1,297 billion dongs, increased by 13.7% compared to the same period of 2019 and completed by 39% plan of 2020

2)      Approving the estimated business result in six months of 2020:

-          Estimated revenue (original insurance): 1,559 billion dongs, increased by 10% compared to the same period of 2019 and completed by 47% plan of 2020.

-          Estimated profit before tax: 93.3 billion dongs, equivalent to 46% plan.

3)      Due to the effect of the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic to the business operation of the Company, the BOD agreed the adjustment to the business plan in 2020 to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 to consider and approve with the following contents:

-          Revenue (original insurance):       2,901.5 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                              180.8 billion dongs

-          Expected dividend payment:        12%.

4)      Approving the contents to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 for organizing online and electronic voting.

5)      Approving the adjustment and supplement the documents of the Annual General Meeting 2020.

6)      Report on the plan to use the profit after tax 2019 and the business plan in 2020.
