VCI: BOD resolution on bond repurchase prior to maturity

On May 25, 2020, the BOD of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCI) the repurchase of bonds prior to maturity in the issuance in 2020 with the following details:

  1. Repurchase method: put through
  2. Repurchase volume: 24,539 bonds
  3. Par value: VND 10,000,000
  4. Total value of repurchase (based on par value): VND 245,390,000,000
  5. Time of implementation: expected from June 2020 to August 2020.
