On May 25, 2020, the BOD of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCI) the repurchase of bonds prior to maturity in the issuance in 2020 with the following details:

Repurchase method: put through
Repurchase volume: 24,539 bonds
Par value: VND 10,000,000
Total value of repurchase (based on par value): VND 245,390,000,000
Time of implementation: expected from June 2020 to August 2020.
