On May 25, 2020, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 105,409 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 70,010 shares

- Purchase price: VND 20,000/share

- Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned.

- Expected trading period: from June 04, 2020 to June 12, 2020

- Trading method: to transfer rights to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
