According to Board Resolution No.32/2020 dated May 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company (VTB) approved the following issues:

1)      Report on business performance in the first four months of 2020 of VTB and member companies;

2)      Documents for the 2020 Annual General Meeting;

3)      Report on projects such as Pham Van Hai, Cat Lai, 248A No Trang Long;

4)      Report on restructuring Vitek-VTB Ha Noi Joint Stock Company;

5)      Report on business premises;

6)      Report on production projects.
