The Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the redemption of ESOP shares from the resigned employees as follows:

- Number of shares to be repurchased: 102,300 shares

- Trading method: transferring the ownership of shares via the Vietnam Securities Depository

- Buying price: equal to the issue price

- Estimated trading time: in Quarter II and Quarter III of 2020
