• Audited financial statements in 2019;
• Report on the BOD activities;
• Report on the Supervisory Board;
• Plan for 2019 profit distribution;
• Report on the purpose of use of capital from the issuance;
• Business plan in 2020;
• Profit distribution plan in 2020;
• Report on the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Approving Chairman of BOD will concurrently hold the position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO);
• Change of business lines;
• Other issues (if any).
