On May 18, 2020, Petrovietnam General Services Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,590,310 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 3,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to stabilize the market price

- Expected trading period: from May 27, 2020 to June 26, 2020

- Trading method: put through.

- Purchase price: less than VND 17,000/share.
