TA3: Notice of trading suspension for some UPCoM stocks because of being late in announcement of audited financial statements in 2019

Pursuant to Point B, Clause 1, Article 31 of the Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM securities trading market at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), issued with Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 of General Director of HNX, HNX announced the Notice of trading suspension for 21 UPCoM stocks because of being late in announcement of audited financial statements in 2019 for over 45days.
The time for trading suspension: from 21/05/2020 to 25/05/2020 (03 trading sessions).
HNX will have announcement to allow the stocks in the list to trade normally after the companies annouce their audited financial report 2019. In case the companies do not annouce their audited financial report 2019 after the temporary trading suspension period, HNX will consider to apply trading restriction.
