Global Asset Business Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated May 15, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The Company received the Resignation Letter of Chairman of BOD cum member of BOD – Tran Tuan Anh. Based on the Company’s Charter, Mr. Tran Tuan Anh is no longer a member of BOD of GAB as from May 15, 2020. The BOD will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve this resignation.

2)      Approving the resignation of the position of Chairman of BOD – Mr. Tran The Anh as from May 15, 2020.

3)      Approving the appointment of Chairman of BOD – Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong (member of BOD) as from May 15, 2020.
