          - Exercise rate: 1 share – 1 voting rights
          - Place: Sa Giang Import Export Corporation

+ The audited financial statements 2019;
+ Report on the activities of the Board of Directors in 2019 and orientation for 2020;
+ Report on activities of the Supervisory Board in 2019;

     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 12%/share (shareholders receive VND1,200 for every 01 share they own)

               + For undeposited shares: Sa Giang Import Export Corporation on working days from 17/06/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
