-          Stock name: Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 118,681,289 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 118,681,289 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 32,627 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 35,594,599 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 355,945,990,000

-          Issue ratio: 30%

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: Shareholders who own 115 shares. With 30% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 115 * 30/100 = 34.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder receives 34 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q2.2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Transfer restriction: none.
