Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 11, 2020 as follows:

1) Approving the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2020:

- Record date: June 01, 2020

- Meeting date: 8:00, June 24, 2020

- Meeting venue: VITACO Building, 236/106/1A Dien Bien Phu, ward 17, Binh Thanh Dsitrict, Hochiminh.

2) Approving to cancel the record date (February 28, 2020) for holding the Annual General Meeting 2020.
