On May 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet First Securities Joint Stock Company (VFS) approved the following issues:

1)      To register to deposit VFS’s shares in the Vietnam Securities Depository;

2)      To register to list VFS’s shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

3)      To authorize Mr. Tran Anh Thang, Board Chairman cum CEO, to decide the issues relevant to the application documents for the depository and listing of shares.
