Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated May 08, 2020 as follows:

- The Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to use 5,073,500 shares and all benefits incurred from these shares owned by Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company in Thuan Thanh Water Joint Stock Company to guarantee the obligations of Central Wind Power Corporation (CENWINDCO) for Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Investment And Development Of Vietnam (BIDV) – Cau Giay Branch according to the credit agreement between CENWINDCO and BIDV – Cau Giay Branch.
