On May 11, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) approved the plan for raising the charter capital of DIC Tourism Company Limited from 230.5 billion dongs to 750.5 billion dongs. Accordingly, DIC Corp will contribute capital by the land-use right of 18,626.7 m2; the construction works attached to the land in DIC Star Vinh Phuc Hotel in Lot D4-23, Nam Vinh Yen Industrial Park, Khai Quang ward, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province; the assets on the accounting book of branch of DIC Corp – DIC Star Vinh Phuc Hotel at April 30, 2020. The valuation value of assets is 520,000,000,000 dongs.
