On May 07, 2020, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company announces the transfer of capital of Binh Dinh Development Investment Fund (BDDIF) in Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (DBD) as follows:

- Number of shares to transfer: 6,984,955 shares, equivalent to 13.34% charter capital of DBD at May 06, 2020.
