Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid – 19) pandemic, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to delay the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 (expected in April 12, 2020) until the appropriate time that will take place before June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
2. Approving to cancel the record date (March 11, 1010) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020.
