Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1. Approving to cancel the record date (February 28, 2020) for organizing the Annual General Meeting 2019.
2. Approving to cancel the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2019 (expected in April 24, 2020).
3. The Annual General Meeting 2019 will take place before June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
