Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company sent documents to the State Securities Commission and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to ask permission for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements as follows:

-           Delaying the disclosure of the 2019 audited separate and consolidated financial statements until May 15, 2020;

-           Delaying the disclosure of the separate and consolidated financial statements of Quarter I, II, III and IV of 2020 within 45 days from the last day of quarter;

-           Delaying the disclosure of  the semi-annual reviewed financial statements of 2020 within 90 days from the last day of first six months of fiscal year, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements;

Reason: The Company has 09 subsidiaries and 03 associated companies. Therefore, it takes more time to collect papers, make reports and consolidate financial statements, especially during the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
