On April 03, 2020, Thien Long Group Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

- Number of shares registered to buy: 1,500,000 shares, equivalent to 1.93% charter capital

- Purpose: to protect shareholders’ interest.

- Expected trading period: from April 20, 2020 to May 19, 2020

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
