On March 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company (stock code: GEG) issued Board Resolution No.05/2020/NQ-HDQT approving to postpone the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was scheduled on April 21, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Board of Directors also approved the cancellation of the shareholder list on the record date (March 31, 2020) for the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was announced in the document dated March 10, 2020.
