On March 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Coma18 Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

-       Business performance in Quarter 1 of 2020 and business plan for Quarter 2 of 2020; the report on the effect of the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019 on the Company’s business activities;

-       Report on investment projects;

-       Report on personnel arrangement;

-       Documents for the 2020 Annual General Meeting;

-       The 2019 financial statements audited by CPA Vietnam Auditing Co., Ltd.;

-       Fulfilling procedures to close branches, representative offices and directly-under firms.
