The Board resolution dated March 31, 2020, the BOD of Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. To extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020, but no later than June 30, 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
2. To cancel the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 16, 2020.
3. To cancel the record date for the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2020 on March 11, 2020.
4. The meeting time of Annual General Meeting 2020 will take place before June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
