The Board resolution dated March 31, 2020, the BOD of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital in Rang Dong Healthcare Joint Stock Company via the land use right at land No.384, Duc Hoa Ha Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province which was granted by Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Long An Province.

-       Assets value of capital contribution: VND 200,000,000,000, accounting for 66.67% charter capital of Rang Dong Healthcare JSC.
