On March 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation approved to plan to repurchase shares as treasury shares with the following details:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,300,000 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 1,500,000 shares

-   Purpose: to decrease the number of outstanding shares, to increase the trading value.

-   Expected trading period: after being approved by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-   Purchase price: VND 60,000 (maximum)

-   Trading method: Order matching or put through.
