Phu Tai Joint Stock Company (stock code: PTB) has received an approval from the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh Province regarding the extension of the holding of the 2020 Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the Company was allowed to postpone its Annual General Meeting until June 30, 2020 to comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
