According to the Board Resolution dated April 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the report of the Board of Directors on business plan.
2. Approving the plan for lending Agribank – Thu Do Branch:

-       Purpose: to supplement capital for business operation in 2020;

-       Credit limit: VND80 billion

-       Loan term: 12 months.
